Nexus Realtime Online Booking - With Nexus’ RealTime Online Booking renters can find the property they want, see unlimited photos, book with secure credit card processing and receive an email confirmation in moments-24 hours a day!!
All information and images displayed in the online booking is pulled directly from your Nexus database so the renter sees the same information and images that your reservationists see. When a reservation is booked online it is automatically booked in Nexus and removed from inventory instantaneously. This “realtime” booking removes the opportunity for a double booking.

Quickbooks Interface
Nexus is one of only two software systems with accounting certified by the NC Real Estate Commission for both short and long term rentals handling all aspects of Property Management accounting.
With our QuickBooks interface you can export Nexus your accounting into QuickBooks to manage accounting for your business as a whole. You simply select the fields you’d like (occupancy tax, state tax, rental commission, etc.) and choose export.
Your figures can then be merged with the rest of your business accounting (payroll, building expenses, etc.) for overall accounting for your business.
This also allows business with multiple areas of business (rentals, Real Estate Sales, P.O.A. management, Construction, etc.) to bring all accounting from these areas into one place for an overall financial picture.
