The  Nexus Team has “been there, done that”. We all have real experience “in the trenches”. Because of our experience we understand the business and we want to know yours personally.

The Nexus Team is:

Mel O’Daniels – General Manager and Director of Sales and Support. She has over 20 years of experience behind the front desk as a reservationist and in management positions.

Gary Pope – President. An owner/operator of an oceanfront beach resort and stockholder, director and Vice President of one of the largest Golf and Conference Resorts on the East Coast, Gary knows the resort and rental management business.

Brad Hoover – Special Projects Engineer. Brad wrote the original Nexus Property Management Software in 1998 and was a top System’s Analyst/Programer for a Fortune 500 research and development company for over 25 years.

James Morman – Project Engineer in charge of new development and support. Jim has over 20 years experience as a systems engineer for IBM, Cingular Cellular and others.

Hewlett Pope - Microsoft Certified Professional Systems Builder with years of experience in computer building and networking for large and small professional businesses.

Debra Krozser – Sales Representive and Product Training. Debra brings years of sales and customer assistance experience to Nexus and our customers.

Bruce Lauzon – Web development and internet marketing specialist.

Melanie Shapiro – Support staff
